I offer six months of personalized 1-on-1 Integral Coaching for $3,600. This package includes 16 one-hour coaching meetings plus all materials and books. During our initial meeting, we will focus on your situation and explore what is stopping you from succeeding. Then I will design a coaching program that will help you:
- be more skillful that will enable you to be more effective
- generate new competencies that will enable you to resolve the breakdowns that stand between you and success
- develop a new way of being that will enable you to feel more fulfilled and satisfied
Your coaching program will include distinctions, self-awareness exercises, practices, life design exercises, sources of support, and/or readings that are customized for you.
Once you receive your coaching program, you will begin to integrate the practices into your life, engage the exercises, and read the materials. You and I will meeting approximately every other week to discuss your progress, answer questions, and continue to fine-tune your coaching program so that you fulfill the purpose and outcomes of the coaching program.
